I'm a video production leader with 10+ years of experience building creative teams, post-production infrastructure, and content engines from the ground up.

Most recently at Square/Block, I architected the company's entire post-production function — scaling output from 13 videos per quarter to 4,000+ assets per year, supporting $130M+ in paid media, and generating $1.8M+ in OPEX savings. I wrote the first Video Production Playbook, built a global in-house performance creative engine, and led a team whose engagement scores were the highest in the organization every review cycle.
